Awesome, informative read! You must read this book Thank you, Mr. Outstanding and insightful The author is obviously experienced in case the reader has never heard of him. After this chapter, it's all down hill. As others have noted, the book has no structure. It meanders. And, much of the book's pieces are reprints of the author's previously published magazine articles. I had trouble stomaching the section profiling so-called legendary gunfighters. Charlie Askins who answered when asked for a body count of all the men he killed, "'Twenty-seven, not counting blacks and Mexicans.

The articles were very poorly tied together with ineffective transitions from Ayoob.
